Thanks for sharing this.  I did set up my online IRS account using ID.me a few years ago and it was certainly a huge hassle so I'm sure a webinar like this could be very instructive. (I have a monthly reminder set up to log into my IRS account because I dread having to go through the set up all over again just because I let it lie dormant for too long)
