Oh, that does sound nice, Durhamlad. I haven't made it down that way, yet, but I do want to go sometime.  Have a lovely trip!

We had a couple of weeks in Cornwall in 2013 on a trip from Texas and loved it. My wife’s sister, who lives near Edinburgh, will be coming with us, it was a trip booked for June last year which we postponed and simply rolled it over to this year.

Just for fun, here's a picture of group of buskers we saw over the weekend next to Camden station.  If you look carefully at the shop in the background, you'll see that it's a Wendy's!    The band was really good.  No wendy's for me that day, we ended up eating at Shake Shack and Lin Lin's ice cream lab for dessert.

Been a bit hectic since citizenship but hopefully taking a break from Thanksgiving and into December for our Anniversary. I really NEED a vacation! Next year we are going somewhere…..anywhere

Had the SpikeVax and a flu shot yesterday. Today I feel... icky, but it'll pass and is better than taking the chance of either illness. It's been quite warm here all week but the daily high temperature is about to drop by 20F this weekend and stay down there, so I guess it's now officially autumn. In the last three days the leaves on the trees have started changing colors with a vengeance. So today I'm sitting here, wrapped up, with a cup of tea and the last of my Rich Tea Bisquits, enjoying the sight of the leaves fluttering down in the breeze from out the balcony window.
