Immigration status share code issues

Hi

I was wondering whether anyone else had had problems when trying to get a share code to verify their immigration status?

It states that the details don't match their records.

I called the helpline, and spoke to someone immediately (7.30pm on a Wednesday night seems to be a good time to call!)
They said that it was a common technical issue, and that they would email their tech dept to sort it out.
Unfortunately they couldn't tell us how long this would take.
This is holding up our mortgage application, which is stressful.

I was wondering whether anyone else has had this problem and can give me a rough estimate?
