Calling wife to the UK

Hello,


My brother has recently married and wants to bring his wife to the UK from Pakistan.


I can't remember the application form that needs to be filled out. Does anyone have a link to the application so he can get started completing it.

He can help her fill in the application but as she is the applicant and currently outside the UK,  the initial spouse visa must be applied for from outside the UK.
