FLR(M) while having a baby... again!
« on: February 18, 2024, 10:17:53 PM »
Hi everybody!

For the _second_ time, we have managed to mix the toxic combination of visa apps and pregnancy. My partner's initial spouse visa expires at the start of the summer, and the baby is due at the end of the summer, so we are in prepper mode to get this right! Any help would be much appreciated, especially with the two questions below.

Partner was given a 33 month spouse visa, but entered a month after it began on October 30 2021. 30 months from that is April 30 2024 (though her BRP runs until 7th June 2024). We were planning to apply in early May, after April paychecks, etc. I hope that that timeline doesn’t ring alarm bells!

Our current list of documents is below; I’ve got two questions (and would of course appreciate any other feedback)
1) We are struggling to get multiple pieces of cohabitation evidence. Are credit card statements appropriate for this? I’ve also put our driving licenses in there, as gov.uk suggests that that is strong evidence.
2) Does anybody have advice/experience about moving house in the middle of an application? I don’t think we’ll be out of our current place before we submit the application, but we may well have moved before they decide. Do we just hope that the Royal Mail redirect works?

Thank you for any advice!!
