Car Insurance with US license only

Hello
I searched this topic and only came up with a couple of posts from 2003.
We move here 4 months ago from the US on a work assignment and expect to be here for maybe another year. We would like to buy a cheap used car but can’t seem to find any opinfo online about where to go to to get insurance.

Glad you got it sorted. You'll be aware that you can only drive on your US licence for the first year of your stay.

Welcome to the site. My 2 adult children and myself all got our car insurance with Aviva when we first returned from the USA.
