By the way, after I sent my form 7162 to the FBU, as they directed, it sat in a London mail centre for several days, because, according to Royal Mail tracking, the US Embassy wasn't receiving mail (they called it "item retention") for the first two days of the week after I sent it. Eventually, they sent me a photo of my envelope on top of a bin full of other parcels and letters. I'm sure they'll get right to it and send it off to Wiles-Barre.
