What cut of beef is...??

HI!!

 I am  feeling creative and  culinary..  I am looking at some  American recipes and  I cannot  seem  to find the  'matching'  cut of beef.. maybe i'm lame..not sure..  but what is  the equivalent to...?

beef chuck?

beef roast?
Cross rib chuck?
Round??

also what is   braising  here  equal to in the  States...??

If there is anything else I am  missing   please  let me know..  :-\\\\ ???

so no one can tell me what it is called  in an  already packaged  piece  of meat??  do i have to go to  the butcher and  bring my  picture??

Um, it will look like the picture, even pre-packaged.  And the names correspond to the pictures which you can then match up from the UK to the US ones to figure out what the same/similar cut is called here, so you can go by the wording on the package if the cut is too difficult to discern.
