I'm a dual-citizen hoping to move from NYC to London by this summer. I've been trying to network and find a job over there (in television) from New York, but of-course it's difficult. I have a feeling I won't really get anywhere until I actually live there permanently and can meet with people face-to-face. Any other advice for temporary work? (I've never had any experience doing waitressing/bartending, unfortunately).
