Can anyone direct me to where i can find out what changes in curcumstances the UK authorities need to be informed of once you have your spousal visa, but before you move permanently. ?
and also....
If you have already entered the country on your spousal visa, how long can you go back to the states for before returning to the UK?
and if you have been gone for more than a couple of months will you have problems returning to the UK at your port of entry?
What will be the knock on effect when it comes time to apply for ILR?
