How close are your kids in age?

How close are your kids in age? Vote more than once if it applies.

Just curious.

Mine are three years apart.

In our life BC (before children), it was our "plan" to try to have the kids two years apart.  However, when the time approached when we should have started trying in order to hit that timescale, I wasn't ready.  So we waited another year! 

The first two are fifteen months apart.  It took us six years to recover(and get the little one to sleep through the night) which is why there's a seven year gap between those two.   

My 2 are almost 7 years apart. There's both good and bad to it. The good thing was Miles was old enough to help when Nick was born but sometimes I wish they'd been closer in age so they could have played more together. It has in some ways been like having 2 only children. They were never close enough in age to take them to the same movies, etc. If I could have I would have had them about 3 years apart. 

My two older boys are 18 months apart. They're 18 and almost 17. My youngest just turned 3.

Mine are 5-1/2 years apart; neither one was "planned."  In hindsight, if I were to have had a "planned" family, I wouldn't have had them so far apart - no more than 2 or 3 years.  But they're here, so what can you do?   

I have a mixed bag really....the first two are three years apart nearly to the date. They actually had the same due date. I seem to have gotten pregnant on my birthday twice just three years apart....
Then after my second son there is a 4 year gap between he and Coby. Now Coby is 3 and Jack is 9 months. Hmmm...does that make sense?

So am I the queen of 'children apartness'?  15 years!  I see someone else is in the 10+ bracket.

8 years 6 months and 4 days to be exact.

Definitely going to be several years before we have the last one.

My two are 11 months apart. For a short time they are the same age. I had them both when I was 21. Fixed it so I couldn't do that again, I seem to be like a rabbit

I remember when I was a kid that they used to call siblings that close (usually more like 9 months apart!) "Irish twins"!
