My friend just phoned and told me she has an extra ticket to John Edward at the Apollo Hammersmith Theatre. Does anyone know how far of a walk it would be to the theatre from Hammersmith station?

From memory,  it is about 5 mins walk, according to this site it is only 200m away, i think it was a bit more than that but not far:
