haaahaa. you call THAT lazy?! my daughter is 21 months. she does NOT walk or stand on her own. last thursday, she accidentally walked a few feet at her grandparents to get hold of a book she wanted - just stood herself up and walked. she hasn't done it since. she scudders about on her knees. instead of walking, she communicates her desires to us using verbs and even sentences. 'i want that', 'i do that', 'eat!', 'mine!', 'stop that', etc. she has an appointment to see a paed neurologist in april, although the GP doesn't see where a child who so clearly speaks her mind has a problem. it's obvious she can walk - both her grandparents and her father saw her do it. but why bother when you can just order people around?
