I don't get the whole hot/warm custard thing.  DH loves it.  I like eating it cold though - with things or even by itself.

Don't really care for it myself....it's not the taste so much as the texture..... :-X
When I am grown-up I will understand how BEAUTIFUL it feels to administrate my life effectively.

Until then I will continue to TORCH all correspondence that bores me and to dance NAKED over the remnants of its still glowing embers.

i also recently discovered those creme brulee desserts in the store. heat them in the oven for about 5 minutes until the sugar carmelizes...mmmm!

I am not sure how far across the USA Wegman's goes but they have ambrosia creamed rice...  hienz beans..... jaffa cakes.... spongy pudding... custard and more all in the international section

me too! i never had it till last week, when i was in brum & made a packet of bird's to go over an apple crumble.

it's not eggy like custard in the states. and that's a good thing. eggs =  :-X

Yummmmm! One of my comfort foods....my grandmother's lemon custard fresh from the oven....I've tried to make it myself but it is missing something...must be that teaspoon of grandmother love.... ;)
