Supporting Documents for Visa Clearance
« on: May 06, 2005, 04:48:55 PM »
Hi, I am new to the forum.  I just completed my application for my Visa Entry Clearance.  I am ready to mail it to LA, except I have a couple questions about the supporting documents.  One of them is:

Immigration status (Original not copy):e.g. Permanent residence card, Valid I-94 H1-B - L-1 - B-1 I-20 (Signed on reverse side) IAP-66 Employment authorisation card with advance parole document

I am a US citizen, how would I have anything regarding Immigration Status, would this just be my birth certificate?  This is the only thing I have an issue with.  Any help/advice would be great!!

Thanks!

not sure if i can help much but i dont think the imiigration thing wont apply to you as your a us citizen and your passport and birth certificate will be enough.
If you have both them (and fiances also) you should be ok

Just mail your US passport.

Hope your application goes as smoothly as mine did.
