By the way, I absolutely hate it when I call or email an organization with a question, and the person I contact refers me to their website. The reason I am asking in the first place is because I already looked at the website, and the exact answer to the question I have is not on there, or the information on the website is contradictory. If the correct answer were on the website, I wouldn't have to call or email to begin with. I resent the fact that the person doesn't bother to listen to what I am saying or attempt to answer my question directly, and just assumes from the beginning that I'm an idiot.

okay i wont yell anymore.it hurts my throat. but MAN! not only is this just a waste of money its a waste of time. They dont even have " FAQs posted correctly" those are basic questions. Like i ned to know
1. how long do u allow forms to sit in ur system befoe i have to resign up. Cos i have had my stuff done on fast track 2 months ago. I am still waiting on paperwork to come though from my husband's end before i can make an apointment ( they don't put that on the website)
2. I got excited when i did fill out my form and put myhusgands last name as my name. But my Passport has my maiden name. which name do i make an appointment ine?

I liked it better the old way. You fill out the form and then you call and make an apointment or at least call up thee. THEN They call u back.
