Fat free half and half
« on: June 07, 2005, 04:26:51 AM »
I know it sounds like an oxymoron, but it does exist, and it is lighter that regular half & half!

But here is the question - do they have it in the UK, namely in large cities?

Much obliged, as always. :)

Let's take our wigs off in the shopi aisle and fight it out.

We dont have half & half here.
I suppose you could make your own, though... mixing cream and milk?
If you use skim milk, it would be lighter, but i cant see any way of making it fat free.

Mixing single cream and semi-skimmed milk.  That's what I did until I decided to off dairy.  Now I use soya cream, and I like it even better than when I was using just the full single cream.

Forget about making it fat free, skimp on calories somewhere else.  Never skimp when it comes to good coffee. ;D

EMAIL or PM me for information about gigs or about booking me (solo gig) or the band.

About a year ago, Tesco and Sainsburys both carried half-and-half.  I haven't seen it for quite some time now.
Insert wonderfully creative signature here …

Well, you should be able to get it at any independant health food shop.  I work in one, so that's where I get mine.  It's delicious.
