My husband is pining away for Laura Scudder's Natural Chunky Peanut Butter , and before we enlist a US friend's help to send it to us, I thought I would ask if anyone has seen it here.  I am in London....

Thanks,
Aiine

No, but i have bought home-made (100% natural) peanut butter on Ebay.   They make it up fresh just before they put it in the plastic tub to send it to you, so you could probably ask them to make it chunky.

Do you know the sellers name?

LOL, never heard of Laura Scudder's even in the US!

I used to buy the Smuckers natural peanut butter -- they have both smooth & chunky varieties.  Think I saw it for sale through a link someone put up somewheres here recently.

Natures Own brand from Sainsburys is natural peanut butter though they do add a bit of oil to smooth the consistency...

You can get it organic as well.  Also our Local fram shopdoes fresh ground peanut butter not that that will help you in London. ;D

Sorry, i cant remember... she was in Devon or Cornwall, i think.  I bought PB from her just before Xmas, and it was really nice.  I just now did an ebay search for peanut butter, but it doesnt seem she has anything on ebay at the moment... but keep checking!

I searched too!  Nothing!  Oh well!  I put it in as a favourite so I should get emails anytime something comes up.

i searched through my ebay feedback file, but cant see anything that rings a bell...  good luck!  I'll let you know if i come up with anything...

Wow, I'd forgotten about Laura Scudder's!  I first tried that while staying with my grandparents in Arizona years ago and it was really good!  I've never seen it over here though  :(

I'm not able to get it back in Chicago, either -- I think it must be a primarily West Coast item!

Thanks for all the responses!  I will try the Sainsburies and see if my peanut-butter loving husband approves. He is prediabetic, so doesn't want to use skippys or any of the others that has sugar added. I appreciate all the suggestions!
