Branstons new Relish
« on: May 31, 2005, 01:40:20 PM »
Has anyone tried it? I'm halfway through my first bottle of the gherkin relish. Mmmmmmmmm! I highly recommend it for anyone missing out on sweet pickle relish.  The juice part is thicker, but the taste is very, very similar. Perfect for hot dogs! Pick some up today.

The onion one is fab, too!

Have you tried the hot chili & jalapeno one or the tomato & red pepper?  I think chili/jalapeno is next on my list!

I've only seen the tomato & red pepper and the onion ones at my local Sainsbury's - hoping they'll have all of them at the larger one I do my "big" shop at!  Can't wait to try the gherkin one - we're on our second bottle of the onion one.  Reminds me of Vidalia Onion Relish.  Yummy!

Well isn't that typical. I finally found a shop that sells the elusive pickle relish and now Branston goes and puts out their own version.  I'll be looking out for that jalepeno one though, sounds yummy!
