Has your child's school have rules or traditions that you find ars* backwards??
My daughter is in reception...they have a playground that is not covered from the sun so when the summer sun comes(HA , HA , Ha...sorry) they have said that children should have sunblock put on before they come to school or the parent can come at a certain time to apply sunblock on them as they will not apply block on the child itself . This is because there are too many children to deal with and also about fear of abuse...OK fine.
Today I picked up Jess from school and she was given by the teacher a goody bag as one of the children had a birthday...in the bag was a party popper. Thought isn't that a bit dangerous to give ? perhaps they didn't check the bag...nope , I pull out the popper and Jess says "Mrs C said we can play with that when we get home...
So it's illegal to put protective sunscreen on my child but perfectly okay to hand them a gun powder substance
I thought those things weren't allowed to children under 5
