On the highway from Tijuana to San Diego, there's a sign depicting a man, a woman, and a child holding hands in a chain, all in full running position with the child's feet not even touching the ground.

Paul...funny site!
Married to Graham, we run our own open-source computer training company in beautiful Wiltshire out of our 1814 Georgian Regency home (a former lodging house and once featured in Antiques Roadshow)

I can't find an image of it but back home in Baltimore on the highways they always have these signs which say

"Open joins on bridge"

I always expect to see some hippies smoking marajiana up ahead.

there is a place in Mexico with a sign of the town and it's called:

Salsipuedes

Sal si puedes = get out if you can

well, at least they were honest
But never fear, gentlemen; castration was really not the point of feminism, and we women are too busy eviscerating one another to take you on.

We went on vacation there long time ago and found this place when the Cheroke (red yeller) broke down just on the outskirts of this town...luckily we were picked up by a passerby and driven to a mechanic ...I found a picture of the sign

There's a tiny village in Cornwall named Come-to-Good.

I've also always wondered how the town of Truth or Consequences, NM, got its name.    There has to be some interesting story of the old West behind it, surely?     Maybe an inquiry to the local Chamber of Commerce or Visitors' Bureau is in order -- It must be something they get asked all the time.

I thought it was named after the TV quiz show.
