Might I also suggest, as the wedding is in the US, maybe you try Chadwicks?  www.chadwicks.com

It's mail order, but they have some lovely dresses and they're very reasonably priced.

I bought my dress from www.bridesave.com -- they have a HUGE selection of dresses and their prices just cannot be beated.  I bought my dress for $400 less than I saw it in the shops!

You can search from bridesmaids' dresses by colour, so you could look for an ivory or white one there as well.
