I absolutely hated it, and the more I think about it the angrier I am.  It could have been one of her best-I found the case very exciting-but what was she thinking?  Why why WHY??!!

I don't know... I hope she's not setting up a future with two characters.  That would ruin the whole series.  Trying not to give any spoilers... but this book bummed me out big time.   :(
Love your life, poor as it is. You may perhaps have some pleasant, thrilling, glorious hours, even in a poorhouse. The setting sun is reflected from the windows of the almshouse as brightly as from the rich man’s abode; the snow melts before its doors as early in the spring. Cultivate property like a garden herb, like sage. Do not trouble yourself much to get new things, whether clothes or friends. Turn the old; return to them. Things do not change; we change. Sell your clothes and keep your thoughts…

I got it in hardback because I couldn't wait.  I'm not sure if it's out in paperback yet.  I'm loaning my copy to my sister or I'd send you mine!

Aw, thanks, anyway. I don't mind waiting until the paperback is out. Shouldn't be too much longer!
