if you freeze the tofu first, then when you defrost it you can crumble it up and put it in chili. You can also mix it up with lentils/coucous/etc and stuff a red pepper or a scooped out zuchini (sp?).
I like to press my tofu b/f i use it. I overturn a plate, put the tofu on top, put another plate on top, and then put a couple cans on. then, when i cut up and skewer it doesnt' fall apart.
the yummiest tofu is deepfried. then add at the last minute to stirfries....
silken tofu can also be used to make cheesecake.
