I agree, Prague is cool! I was there about 7 years ago; so, of course I don't remember the names of any of the places to which we went. Although, I do recall eating at an awesome, authentic Moroccan (go figure!) restaurant there. They had real belly dancers and great, cheap food. The Karluv Most (Charles Bridge) was a nice walk, with a nice view, and there were lots of artists set-up along the bridge. We visited Prague Castle at night, and I thought it was so spooky, like something out of Dracula. During the daytime, I'm sure it's great. It's one of the world's oldest castles.
At the time I visited, the exchange rate between the Czech crown and the US dollar was well in our favour. For about $2.50, you could walk out of a pub nice and tipsy. And I bought a lot of nice, cheap crystal, too.
