which exercise videos have you got?
« on: July 28, 2005, 07:19:23 PM »
have you got exercise videos ? how many and which ones?? I've got one "The NYC Ballet workout" ..it was good but we don't have a video player any longer so it's sitting there. My MIL gave me a few then I passed them to my SIL...most were pilates and yoga.
But never fear, gentlemen; castration was really not the point of feminism, and we women are too busy eviscerating one another to take you on.

I have one from Pebbles Salsacise and Yoga for Dummies.  I would love a pilates one as well.

I have The Firm Body Sculpt System 1 with add-ons, Body Sculpt System 2 with most of the add-ons, one DVD from Body Sculpt System 3, and just today I received the TransFIRMer with six DVDs. I own 19 DVDs from the Firm, total. I absolutely love them.

I have Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds series, Rosemary Conley's 5-day Fat Burner, and Callanetics (which is frankly too scary to even watch, let alone do!).  ;)

LOTS of Karen Voight ones that I absolutely love, particularly Yoga Sculpt, Circuit Training, Great Weighted Working.  Angles, Lines and Curves.  Pilates Precision Method.  Classic Pilates.

Use them all regularly.  Now using a pregnancy yoga one a few times a week.

Plan on using them post-partum in addition to ditching the bus pass and walking the 2+ miles into work - uphill on the way in!- every day to get back to the level of fitness I once enjoyed.

I have never had a weight problem, but I have had many soft tissue injuries, so most of the videos I use focus on strength training, core stability, balance and flexibility.

Just got my Yoga for Post Natal Vitality dvd in the post today. Hope I like it, I sure could use it (suppose I should get off the computer and try it out, huh).  :)
