um, they didn't look at the bits after she was born?!  i mean, that's the first thing we checked.  in fact, with both girls, the attendant let us be the first to look.  i had my eyes closed w/roisin, cuz i was in a LOT of pain and did NOT want to see it.  andrew told me, 'it's a girl' before cutting the cord.

Surely she must have held the baby naked before they took her away and dressed her?? We knew we were having a boy but even if we hadn't known I don't think we could have missed that!  It sounds weird to me. As for the midwife ....

Maybe she missed that day, in anatomy 101???

Wow, my faith in the NHS has gone down a couple of more points, and I didn't think that was possible.  ::)

good point!!! Honestly the more I think about it the more I think this couple must be a brick short of a load. OK the midwife shouldn't have made the mistake in the first place, but HELLO wouldn't you wonder where your newborn son's winkle was?

i had to change roisin about 6 times in the first 12 hours for all the meconium in her system.

it's the Sun don't I don't really believe anything they post :P..but we've had a few cases with baby girls with over enlarged bits so they look a bit "boyish".. :P

True, I could call the sun and tell them I have two heads,and the next day I'll be on the front cover.
They don't follow up and check to see if their stories are true.

They were at GOSH christmas one of the photographers kept trying to creep into the grotto area where the kids were trying to get pictures...what a parasite :P
