Fitness First

Is anyone here a member of Fitness First and/or Spirit Health Clubs? I'm just wondering how much they charge a month and what their initiation rates are.

Hi there,

I just joined myself and it costs 45GBP for initiation fee.  Then its 49GBP per month if you want to go to all clubs and unlimited times.  Its worth it because the equipment is good and the locker rooms are pretty clean (at least at the club near my flat).

Are there quite a few locations in London?  I might have to check into joining...

Yes they are everywhere in London, its definitely worth it if you work out quite bit.  Their locker rooms are cleaner than the ones in the states and they let you rent dvd's.
