My wife and I moved into a completely re-done terraced house in a great part of Chiswick in July from Washington D.C. and I would be happy to help someone takeover our lease from January 1st or sooner if needed. We liked the area so much we bought a house a block away. We can get out of our lease legally on January 1st but we like our landlord so I thought I would try and help him rent it without going through the criminal letting agents. It is a 3 bedroom, 1 bath with a 60' garden very near both the overland train (25 minutes to Waterloo) and the District Line.
