Piercings?

Does anyone know where there's a good piercing parlor in London?  And what their standards are compared to the US?  I've heard they're more strict, but I don't know for sure.  Also, does anyone know what the prices would be compared to the US?  I know since the exchange rate is so bad it's going to be twice as much as it would be in the US, but it would still be helpful to know.

I don't know about London; things tend to be more expensive there.  However, here in the Midlands I have found that, overall, piercing prices are cheaper than the US and there is nothing close to any strictness about it.

I had my nose done (taken out now) for £6.00 and my belly button (also taken out now because it wasn't healing) for just a bit over £20.
