16 year olds and NIN
« on: October 01, 2005, 09:22:18 PM »
I debated as to whether this should go under on the job or parenting. I decided parenting since it is a specific question to those of you with teenagers who were not born in the UK. My American daughter will be 16 in January; many of her friends at school are starting to receive her NIN a month or so before their 16th birthday. She is here on as my dependant on FLM-- will she receive a NIN or what do we need to do so she can get hers--she is interested in a part time job.

Thanks for any help!
Helena
