Notify Home Office of move?
« on: November 12, 2005, 01:21:53 PM »
I'm currently in the UK on my FLR and I'm assuming that the Home Office must have record of where I'm currently living. So, do I need to notify them, or anyone else, when I move somewhere else in the UK? I looked at the Home Office website and didn't see anything so I thought I'd ask here.

Thanks.

I did notify them when I moved whilst still on FLR, but that was seven years ago and I never saw anything that said I had to notify them.  Did it just in case.

I sent a letter with my case number, old address and new address.  Never heard anything from them though.

Hmm....I just sort of imagined them wanting to keep track of people, but maybe not!

I never told them...
I'm done moving. Unrepatriated back to the UK, here for good!

This has been on my 'to do' list since we moved in Feb/Mar. :P
