FLR Questions

A question for the BTDTs (Been There, Done That).

After four days of calling and calling and calling...I have my appointment at Solihull for my FLR application on Monday. I've got all of my document and Aquila's documents and we're taking our passport sized pictures today. Anyhow, it seems like Aquila isn't going to be able to get out of working on Monday 8AM to 4PM. So I was curious if it was a necessity for her to go? Thanks in advance!

Are you applying for FLR for yourself, or for Aquila?  If it's for you, she doesn't need to be there.  If it's for her, you don't need to be there.

She has to be physically present in the UK on the day you apply, but she does not have to go to the IND with you.

She can confirm it in writing before you go, but I have never heard of anyone getting caught short by it...
