I haven't felt hungry once this holiday.  I'm determined at least once between now and new years to feel hungry!

I'm in the lactose intolerant camp too and way overdid it on the dairy this holiday (chocolate and cream mostly!) I've been very sick for the last day and a half with nausea, cramps, the works. :(  Thankfully I'm feeling better today, but man did I learn my lesson!

(I drink either soy or rice milk normally. I like the rice milk better actually, especially if it's vanilla flavored- yum!)

We had a delivery pizza tonight...usually great on occasion but given all of over consumption the past week, I had two small slices and had to throw the rest in the bin. I am soo over not having healthy food. Too much over indulgence for me. Tomorrow is a new day!  ;)

I didnt overindulge at all this Christmas. I was in the USA till the 23rd and didnt really care to fight the crowds in the stores when i got back. We had a small turkey some mashed potatoes and some peas. I didnt even have a dessert of any kind. My eldest sons are in the USA for christmas with the beast so it's just not the same when theyre not here.
