Oh yum!  I don't but it reminds me of this zucchini bread my mom would buy in East Hampton.  It was so good!  The bread kept getting smaller and the price kept going up through the years ;D

I'd love to make some myself (No one laugh!)

I know what you mean about saying courgette, can't do it either.

I've never made it, but this recipe looks really good.

Here you go, lunar. My neighbor's recipe and it's wonderful!

Zucchini Bread:

Group 1:
3 eggs
1 c veg. oil
2 c sugar
2 c peeld, grated zucchini
3 tsp vanilla

Group 2:
3 c flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp nutmeg
3 tsp cinnamon
1 c chopped nuts

Combine items from Group 1. Add and blend items from Group 2. Pour into two (2) greased loaf pans. Bake at 350F for one hour.

Happy Holidays!

It's a little longer and more involved than the zucchini bread and have been having computer probs today (ice storm knocked out my wireless router so the nephew has been screaming about not having internet). Am back on line now and will send it asap!
