sorry to wierd you out.....If the person who asked about sports on tele is still reading about this, there is a baseball game coming on 5 in 30 minutes, and quarter-gill, you can catch the last 10 minutes of England vs. The World, damn you Maradona.....see, i do know a little about footy,

... I hate American sport, and its very presence here in the UK irritates the crap out of me.
However, i now completely appreciate that some people in the UK do like it, and even CRAVE it... and take back any and all comments I may have previously made about it, especially those regarding assimilation.


I'm sorry you're irritated by your own sport over here but just to bring the thread back to it's original purpose: speaking as one of many Brits who do CRAVE American sports, for the folks coming over this summer, NASN is a great channel, plenty of baseball, college football, NFL magazine shows (NFL Total Aceess etcetera), NASCAR, even lacrosse. During the NFL season, Sky Sports show mainly double headers starting from 6pm. My advice wsould be too take NASN for all the NFL info & College Football and watch games on Sky Sports. Plus, if you are a little curious, the Brits actually play gridiron. OK we're not brilliant at it, but one or two have made the NFL/AFL :-)
