Not to worry.  The issue is that the F&CO won't let people on the advocacy side like Victoria and me test their on-line application system.  And that's wrong.  Wrong wrong wrong.  I have been complaining about it for a long time too.  And this year, I'm planning to go on record about it at the user group meeting.
