Fiancee visa while waiting for divorced to be final?

Has anyone gotten a fiancee visa while waiting for a divorce? I've read on the immigration site that you can apply for it as long as you anticipate to be officially divorced in six months. What would sort of documentation would they need? If anyone has any info it would be greatly appreciated.

I have but it was me waiting on my husband's divorce to be finalized in the UK. We sent in his decree nisi and I received the visa with no problem. I'm sure that a letter from the lawyer/solicitor stating that the divorce would be final within the 6 months of the fiance visa would work as well.

I read as long as the divorce would be final within the 6 months and as long as you had court proof or a letter from a lawyer that it would suffice.
