If ILR is denied...

If ILR is denied because you can't produce enough mail to prove you've been living together for two years, do they send you home? Or, do you stay longer and apply again later?

It depends on whether or not you have time left on your current visa.

If you don't then you are usually given 28 days to make a fresh application.
