Ellipticals
« on: January 29, 2006, 07:52:31 PM »
Does anyone have any experience with these? Love them? Hate them? I am thinking of buying one because I need a low impact workout. I really enjoy walking, which apparently these simulate but without the impact on your feet and joints. My doctor told me that I should be doing aerobic exercise for 1 hour each day and I though that I might actually do that if I could be in my own home and watch TV while I do it.

Any feedback is appreciated. :)

I love them...always use them when I go to the gym.

I love them too. They are low impact and according to the machine I burn more calories then when I am on the treadmill.

I use them at the gym occasionally and love them.

I had one in the USA and loved it!  Takes up a ton of space though.... but a great work out!

LOVE THEM!!! I need low impact due to knee issues and they rock.  Never been in as good shape as when using them.  I use one at the gym currently and I feel tired but good afterwards.
