I'm an American, married to a British citizen, and have been living in the UK for 6 years. I received my ILR a year ago.

Now I'm thinking about applying for UK citizenship. I just want to be sure that when I reach retirement age, I'll still be able to collect my US social security if I'm a dual citizen (I worked in the US for 35 years and am eligible for it). Is anyone here a dual citizen and collecting their social security?

Thank you
