Dundee Cake

Does anyone have a tried and true recipe for this? I'm making one for my hubby's grandad for his birthday this weekend and have all the ingredients for Delia Smith's recipe but figured I'd ask!

I've never made it, but if were about to I'd definitely trust Delia!

LOL!! I hate to admit it, but I really love a good fruitcake! I only usually do it once a year (Christmas), but it is fun!
