Coffee and Flavored Coffee Find
« on: February 22, 2006, 01:26:30 PM »
While in Loughborough this weekend, they had a lovely market going on.  In the market was this stand with lovely smells coming from it.  Low and behold it was coffee and not only coffee but great teas!  To make my day the nice people had more flavoured coffees than I have seen anywhere thus far and also more decaf choices.

Well they have a website and though it does not have a way to pay online the nice people will invoice you or accept cheques.

The coffee is really fresh and nice. :-)

Boaters flavoured coffees are in all the shops here -- but their decaf selection is limited. I'll have to check out this site!

For the full range of Boaters coffees (which includes 46 flavoured coffees) go to:

Thanks for the link!

You're welcome!  ;)

The cool thing is that you can order any of their coffees through their website.

Out of interest vnicepeeps, how does their range compare to what you're used to back in the States and what are your favourite flavours?

OOOooooh, I've just noticed they have eggnog flavoured coffee! I wonder what it's like?  ;D

I should also mention that their telephone customer sevice man was utterly lovely and helpful when I phoned in with a query a few months ago.  :)

Thanks for posting that link! Boaters are in the shops here, but for some reason they never seem to sell any of the decaf coffees. Has anyone ever tried them?

I've seen them in little gourmet delis, but also in our local Julian Graves. Do you have those where you are?

I'm near Cirencester in the Cotswolds.  It is pretty much out in the country.  Where are you?  Willing to travel (if it's not too far) to get good coffee!!!

Oh, please! I'm as out in the country as you can get! LOL! I'm in southwest Pembrokeshire ... only one shop/post office in our village. But Julian Graves is in a small town about 15 minutes away. They're a chain, though, so I'm pretty sure there's one nearer to you than Wales! ;)

Check here to see where your nearest one is:  http://www.juliangraves.com/?PageID=2

Or you could use the link jodrell posted and order directly from their website.

You may want to phone them first. Just because our branch carries Boaters doesn't mean they all will! I'd hate for you to get all the way there to be disappointed.

We just got a Julian Graves... I can't wait until the new mall opens this autumn!

Will check it out too..

Jodrell... they have a great selection of coffees and equals most US stores I have been in .... my favs are Irish cream and Jamaican Blue Mountain....  I need decaf now though as I usually enjoy flavoured coffees at night.  So nice to have found two places to buy them in one week!

Oh, guess what I found at Whittards.....INSTANT flavored coffee!!!  I've never seen that (maybe they have it in the US, but I've never looked).  My hubby likes instant before work as a quick fix.
