List of things to do before I move to the UK.....

I move in less than five weeks and am trying to put together a list of things I need to do before I move.  I'm at a lost :(  Can anyone help me...??

Here's a website I came across. You can click on Relocation Wizard, enter the date you're moving, and it will make up a time line of when you do things.
