Vaccination records....

Are the two forms that the vet needs to fill out enough of a vaccination record? Or, do I need something else??

I'm interested in the answer to this as well :)  It sounds like we're around the same point in the scheme.

I've kept all forms I've received from the vet ever.  All together, I'm hoping that will constitute a vaccination record, as I don't have an official "record"

When your six months is up, your vet will complete the certificate (Veterinary certificate for domestic dogs, cats and ferrets entering the European Community for non-commercial movements (Regulation (EC) No 998/2003) which is listed on the DEFRA site.  This holds all your information about everything you've had done to prepare your pet for transport.

As they said at the end of it all you will have an official rabies vaccination record. it will list the microchip number on it as well as the vet's signature and the duration of the vaccine.  I also had a health certificate that the vet printed off for me as well.
