Gary Rhodes Recipe - have you got it?

Help! Saturday Kitchen showed a Gary Rhodes recipe for grilled asparagus with champ potato sauce. Both Jon and I thought it looked really nice and want to make it tonight, thinking that we could go on the Saturday Kitchen website to get the recipe.

Turns out that we can't! Does anyone have his cookbook and would be willing to PM me the recipe? I know this is naughty but we're actually really bummed. I think we know the basics but would like the actual recipe.

Sorry, Ashley, I don't have it. But just wanted to say that we're having asparagus tonight, too! I love asparagus season! ;D

Can't beat asparagus. Except white asparagus. For some reason I just can't eat it.  I know it doesn't, in theory, taste differently but I find it nasty.

Ashley, I have a GR recipe for grilled asparagus but not the champ potato sauce. Isn't champ just mashed potato with spring onion? I'm happy to send you the grilled asparagus recipe though. Can't recall off the top of my head what sauce is with it in my book, though.

The mash is made just a bit more liquidy so add more cream/milk...
