Website like UKY for English BF who wants to move to US??

Not moving back to the US anytime soon, but last night my boyfriend mentioned that he was trying to find a website community like UKY for people like him.  That is...an English guy who may move to the US at some point and needs a place to ask questions.  "Where can one find Marmite in Northern California?"

Anyone on here ever had any luck with finding a place for their spouses to go play and meet other brits living in the US?

My husband used both.  I guess they have very different personalities - can't remember which one he liked better for fun and which one he liked more for actual informative conversations.

I used www.british-expats.com when I was in the States.  I liked it better than britishexpats.com.
