Mint chip ice cream?
« on: April 07, 2006, 02:35:56 PM »
Im not allowed near the icce cream section at tescos :P But I would sooo love to have mint chip ice cream in a waffle cone, anyone know where I might find the two? Any ice cream places, stores, whatever..Im not picky! hehe

Ben and Jerrys only had a handful of flavors, so I skipped it, was a bit disappointed too :(

Not sure about the cones, but I know Sainsbury's does mint chip, we have had it a few times here.

All supermarkets I've been in have mint chocolate chip! I haven't had any trouble finding it in big tubs. If you're looking for an ice cream shop that'll sell you a cone, have you tried the Yellow Pages? I'm not sure where you are, but I'm sure someone sells lovely homemade ice cream somewhere near you!

Our local dairy does Mint Chocolate Chip and a ton of other flavours...http://www.langagefarm.com/index.asp a bit far if you don't live in Devon, but I am sure there will be local places to you ...though our Sainsbury's, Tesco and Somerfield carry mint choco ice cream.  Ask some locals for good ice cream places.

Waitrose and Costco by me(Harrogate and Leeds, respectively) carry Ben and Jerry's Minter Wonderland-peppermint ice cream with HUGE chocolate chips- that is to die for!!!
