Hubby is at medical right now...

I've lived here since October of 2005, so I fear that I may be filing through the US.  Would it be Vermont I would send it to?  I will actually be living at my parents' house from May 22 - after the baby is born (August - not sure when I'll be back depending on how the birth goes/what kind of baby he is!).  They are in NJ, so not sure where the correct USCIS office is.

What a hassle!  But will be well worth it in the end!   I'm checking out diveintoamerica.com now.  Thanks!

Oh by the way, I got a fiancee visa July of 2005, moved in October of 2005, married November 2005, got spousal visa January of 2005.   I didn't tell them about the fiancee visa as I figured they'd care more about when I moved over.

That is less time than I was here when I tried to DCF, but never hurts to try. It is quicker...and if they won't accept it in London it only adds 3-4 weeks more time if they send it on to the proper service center in the US (bar any problems with it getting there and entered into their system!)
