I used it and about 5 days after everything was submitted I was approved! I got my fiance visa before I got the certified mail post card.
This is what I included
-Both of our Birth Certs
-3 Months worth of my bank statments and his I sent both my cheking and savings
-The sale papers to his house/that he shares with his parents but his name was on the papers a long with theirs.
-Every plane ticket stub/luggage tag/reciept from our bill for the whole trip.
-My passport/ notarized solicitor signed photo copy of his passport
-Every pic of us we ever took, I sent in pictures that we had done at Walmart along with the reciept from those
-Cards/Letters/Emails (a whole 3 ring binder full)
-A letter from him stating his intention towards me (you know really wanting to marry me)
-A letter from his parents stating that is was ok to live there with them
-A letter from my mother stating that if we got into financial trouble that she would bail us out
-Phone records/bills where I highlighted who called when
-All of our wedding bookings hair appts/nail appts/we had a quote from out caterer
-A letter from the Vicar plus the application form we had to fill out from the church in order to be able to be married there
-The order of service that the church provided us.
-I sent in cards from other people congratulating us on our Engagment
-I sent everything that proved we had been together, ticket stubs from shows,car park tickets, pics of places we had been along with the brochure for those places
-I sent in our engagement ring reciepts
-My original college and high school degrees
-Postings for local jobs that I might be eligible for
-4 letters of recommondation from previous and current employers
-My resume
-A letter from my Df's employer about his job qualifications/what he does/what his wage is and how long he has been with his company
-Pay stubs from my job and his job (I didn't really have to send mine)
I think that is all I sent in along with my Fast trak application (This list is completly off the top of my head)
I did get a compliment on my organization, I went to Target and got one of thos accodrian files and labled the different tabs like Accomodation/Finanical Evidence/Evidence of our Relationship/Wedding Plans I just classified everything and made sure everything was easy to find. I highlighted our phone bills so that the reviewer could easily find the times when we were calling each other. At the time Verizon wasn't listing the numbers that were incoming so I included a letter they wrote to me (at my request) that said from the months of (whatever month that bill was from I think it might have been Oct) they were lisitng the incoming call numbers.
Basically I included everything I could that proved we loved each other/had met each other/as well as could support ourselves financially.
